Improve Member Experiences with IGNITE Engagement

IGNITE Engagement has released new features that make it easier for your members to manage their accounts and for you and your staff to connect more with members. Let’s take a closer look!

Appointment Booking

Members can book appointments entirely within your club branded app if they have sufficient session credits. Empower your members to book appointments from the comfort of their own mobile device and without the pressure of the front desk traffic to quickly make a decision. And your trainers can spend less time coordinating appointments at the front desk and more time doing the training they love.

As a complement to Appointment Booking, members will be able to purchase session packages that are used to book additional appointments, completing the entire process within your club branded app. Make the consumption of session credits, and the subsequent re-purchasing of session credits once depleted, easier and more frequent.

Club Announcements

There are several reasons to reach out to members, like the club closing earlier due to bad weather or a new promotional offer, but typically the only way is through email. These emails may be unsubscribed from, sent to spam, or simply not read. Using your club branded app, send a push notification alerting members of immediate or upcoming club news or promotions.

Check-in History

Knowing how often or how little a member is visiting the club can be the motivating factor they need to continue or increase their workouts. This information is also useful when speaking with a trainer about their workouts or if they are looking for a boost in their program. Giving members access to their check-in history is another convenience your members will appreciate.

Make a Payment

Members can make a one-time payment toward upcoming or past membership dues. This is a great option to pay down a past due balance to get their account in good standing. Members can pay the full past due amount or a portion, and this will not affect their future membership draft payment!
