ABC Fitness Expands Connected AI Capabilities With New Virtual Agents and Coaching Tools to Help Fitness Businesses Capture More Demand, Enhance Membership Management, and Scale Personalized Coaching

September 3, 2026

Latest acquisition of FitMetrics builds on ABC Fitness’ Replify-powered AI agents, extending practical intelligence in software and features.

ABC Fitness, the number one technology provider for fitness businesses everywhere, today announced the expansion of its connected AI capabilities across the workflows used by gym and studio operators and coaches—helping fitness businesses answer more inquiries, capture more demand, reduce repetitive work and deliver personalized coaching to more clients. The expansion is driven by two complementary AI-focused acquisitions: Replify, acquired in July 2026, to power AI agents across prospect and member sales and service workflows, and FitMetrics, an AI-assisted coaching platform built to scale personalization, specifically used with ABC Trainerize.

The two acquisitions address different but equally important parts of fitness businesses. Replify powers ABC AI Agents, managing high-volume prospect and member communications—from lead qualification and tour booking to missed-call follow-up—across voice, text, email and chat. FitMetrics helps coaches centralize client data, track progress and streamline check-ins and program updates, freeing up time for client relationships while supporting more clients without sacrificing personalization. Both delivered measurable results before joining ABC Fitness: in one Q2 2026 multi-location deployment, Replify's AI drove a 10x increase in leads and automated 65% of call volume. Separately, FitMetrics customers reported that AI-assisted check-ins and centralized data doubled—and in some cases quadrupled—their coaching capacity.

“ABC AI Agents are helping fitness businesses respond to prospects and members more quickly and consistently, but the opportunity extends well beyond the front desk," said Bill Davis, CEO of ABC Fitness. "FitMetrics brings that same practical approach to coaching, giving trainers more time to do what they do best. By turning client data into informed recommendations, coaches can streamline routine tasks and support more people without compromising the relationships at the heart of their work. It reflects our position at the forefront of practical AI innovation—connecting intelligence across business and coaching workflows so gyms, studios and coaches can operate more efficiently and deliver more personalized experiences at scale.”

Founded by Xenios Charalambous, FitMetrics grew from his experience operating a coaching business using ABC Trainerize to manage clients. The platform consolidates client information and supports AI-assisted workflows including check-ins, progress analysis, draft program and nutrition recommendations, client communications, automations and bulk actions designed to reduce repetitive administrative work.

Coaches remain in control of the coaching process, reviewing, adapting and applying FitMetrics recommendations based on their professional judgment and the individual needs of each client. For independent coaches, the platform can create more time for high-value coaching and client relationships. For gyms and studios with multiple trainers, it can help create greater consistency across routine workflows and support a more scalable personal training operation.

“FitMetrics was built from the realities of running a coaching business and seeing how much valuable time coaches lose to repetitive analysis, check-ins and administration,” said Xenios Charalambous, founder of FitMetrics. “AI shouldn’t make coaching less personal. It should give coaches more capacity to make it personal. Joining ABC Fitness gives us the opportunity to bring that approach to more coaches and fitness businesses while keeping coaches firmly in control of the decisions and relationships that shape client progress.”

The acquisitions build on ABC Fitness’ existing AI roadmap, including the AI Churn Predictor, Intelligent Billing, AI Workout Builder and an open AI platform designed to connect additional AI tools with ABC Fitness data and payment infrastructure. Together, these investments reflect a practical approach to AI: embed intelligence into day-to-day work, connect new capabilities as they evolve and remove friction around the human fitness experience rather than replace it.
