Prior to joining ABC Fitness Solutions, Bill served as the Chief Financial Officer for Paycor, Inc., a Cincinnati-based Human Capital Management Company.

Before joining Paycor, Bill served as the Chief Financial Officer for Blackboard, Inc., from 2012 to 2016. Blackboard, a Washington, D.C.-based technology company, is the global leader in enterprise technology and innovative solutions, working to improve the experience for millions of students and learners around the world.

From 2002 to 2012, Bill served as the Chief Financial Officer at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, a Chicago-based publicly traded healthcare IT company focused on providing solutions that advance clinical, financial and operational results throughout healthcare delivery systems. While at Allscripts, Bill oversaw revenue growth from $80 million in 2002 to approximately $1.4 billion in 2012.

Prior to joining Allscripts, Bill served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lante Corporation, a Chicago-based technology consulting firm, where he helped lead the company’s IPO in February 2000 and subsequent sale in September 2002. From 1991 through 1999, Bill was an accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Bill earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bill serves on the Board of the University of Cincinnati Foundation as well as the Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation.

Prior to joining ABC, Ryon served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing and Senior Vice President of Product Management at the financial services company FISERV. While with FISERV, he maximized innovation and market-centric solutions within the financial services industry, perfectly aligning him for his new role at ABC Fitness Solutions.

Before his time with FISERV, Ryon was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Authentix, an authentication solutions company, and previous to that role he served as Chief Marketing Officer at SourceHOV, a technology-enabled business services company — both private equity owned companies with successful transitions. Ryon also held various senior positions in product management and marketing, leading new product and solution development at Dell and Perot Systems.

Ryon brings more than 30 years of experience in technology, strategy, product management, marketing and sales to ABC Fitness. A consummate product innovator and business leader, Ryon joined his first technology start-up company while still in college.

At ABC, Ryon will apply his years of experience and comprehensive insights regarding the role technology plays in business to provide the foundation for differentiating ABC’s products and solutions while also creating a superior user experience. Ryon’s priority at ABC is to ensure that every interaction with members, club and payment management systems is a seamless and frictionless process.

Prior to starting at ABC Fitness Solutions, Khal served as the President and CEO of SRS Health, a software and services company in the healthcare industry. He joined SRS in 2014 and was instrumental in creating the company’s vision and strategy. He also consistently collaborated with customers and partners, which resulted in the company receiving the top KLAS rating in its sector.

Khal has over 20 years of global leadership experience serving in technology and software companies. Prior to joining SRS Health, he spent 15 years at General Electric (GE) in increasingly prominent management roles in the organization’s healthcare IT group — including General Management, Product and R&D Leadership positions. He then served as Chief Technical Officer at Omnyx, a joint venture between GE and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

At ABC, Khal will apply expertise from his career in healthcare and technology to develop insightful strategies and solutions to position the company and its clients for future success.

Khal holds a B.S in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, Indiana.

Prior to joining ABC, Cristine served as the Vice President of Global Marketing at ACTIVE Network, a portfolio company of Global Payments Inc., where she accelerated the marketing organization to better serve as a growth engine and to retain its client base.

Cristine has 20 years of experience in the health sector, fueled by her passion to help companies and communities create healthier lives using Information Technology. She has held sales, operations, and marketing positions at Carestream Health, Phreesia and GE Healthcare where she helped launch award-winning products, create global brands, and open up new and niche markets.

Cristine brings her knowledge of modern marketing that includes demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, and client success to ABC Fitness. Her focus at ABC will be creating compelling and inspirational market engagement and engaging content that will help ABC support the health and fitness club community through ongoing education and engagement.

Cristine has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Business with a Biochemistry option from the University of Waterloo. She is also an alumna of the Harvard Business School.

Rachana brings over 20 years of strategic management experience to the Human Resources function, where she has led teams through organizational development and transformation.

Prior to joining ABC, Rachana served as the Global VP of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for Emtec, Inc. Over a six-year period, Rachana helped successfully execute a companywide cultural transformation initiative encompassing a complete organizational redesign that helped the company further focus on digitalization and innovation. Prior to Emtec, Rachana held multiple roles at Accenture within its global talent organization.

At ABC Fitness Solutions, Rachana is working to enhance the employee experience by creating a transparent and accountable, performance-driven culture. She will also be leading programs that are investing in employee workforce training and development so that every ABC employee is capable of delivering on our commitment to generating “Raving Fans.”

Rachana holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics.

Prior to joining ABC Fitness Solutions, David served as Vice President of Finance at BMC Software, a global provider of IT management software solutions. During his tenure at BMC, he led all aspects of financial stewardship for a key business unit and directed various strategic initiatives and process improvement projects in support of that unit’s exceptional results.

David brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience to ABC including strategic planning, budgeting, mergers & acquisitions, contract structuring, and building world-class planning & analysis organizations. A servant leader, David is passionate about leveraging data and automation to create predictive analytics in support of improved decision-making.

At ABC, David will align our finance operations more tightly with our business leaders, accelerate the availability of information and ensure we have the right expertise and optics to deliver insightful analytics in support of our growth objectives.

David earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Christian University and his Masters of Business Administration from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.

Jennifer is a career sales leader with over 20 years of experience. Her career has spanned 3 different industries; telecommunications, travel and most recently senior housing at A Place for Mom.

While at A Place for Mom, Jennifer was an instrumental member of the leadership team who drove nearly 4 times revenue growth resulting in a successful private equity transaction from Warburg Pincus to General Atlantic and Siverlake. She brings with her experience in running both inside and outside sales, account management and operations, while consistently driving high growth and transformation. Jennifer is a driven and thoughtful leader who is not only passionate about driving results focused teams, but passionate about fitness.

Jennifer will be accelerating the ABC revenue growth while maintaining the client intimacy.

Jennifer received her MBA from University of Texas Dallas, and her bachelor’s in criminal justice from San Diego State University.

As the Chief Engagement Officer, Kelly is responsible for technology and service partnerships that enrich the club and user experience through integration advancement and the evolution of Fitness Industry best practices.

Kelly has 20+ years of experience on the frontier of Fitness Industry technology. She previously founded Club Apps, the first mobile app company for health clubs, and served as the VP of Sales and Marketing and Senior VP of Partner Relations for ABC. Kelly is also a board member of the Fitness Industry Technology Council.

Serving as the Chief Services Officer at ABC Fitness, Jill is responsible for the day-to-day services and support to our clients and members. She is extremely passionate about creating exceptional user experiences through the use of technology and automation.

With over 28 years of ABC experience, Jill has had the opportunity to serve in many different areas of the company. Starting as a Customer Service Representative in 1991, Jill gained extensive knowledge of ABC Fitness’ product and services. This knowledge along with her leadership skills has allowed her to assist with the development of several key areas within the company that has led ABC Fitness Solutions to be the preeminent company that it is today.

Bob serves as the interim CFO for ABC. He has held the role since 1998 and in this role is responsible for Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Bob obtained his CPA degree after graduating from the University of Arkansas, and worked for firms such as Touche Ross, Arthur Young, Ernst & Young, LSI Financial Services and Nuvell Financial Services before joining ABC in 1997.

Bob will continue to rely on his expertise gained over more than two decades of service as well as his passion for promoting the company’s long-standing commitment to ensuring a superior customer experience. He will use his insights from a career at top financial firms and his time at ABC Fitness Solutions to develop and execute innovative solutions that foster company growth and success.

Bob is a native Arkansan, who graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

As the VP Corporate Development, Eric leads ABC’s corporate development efforts with a focus on identifying opportunities that expand the Company’s product offering and provide innovative capabilities for our clients and their members. Eric brings over 18 years of M&A experience in both corporate development and investment banking roles, primarily supporting companies that offer vertically oriented software and payment solutions. Prior to joining ABC, he served as the VP Corporate Development for Blackboard, one of the leading providers of software and payment solutions for the education industry.

Eric earned a Bachelor in Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

In his role as Chief Customer Officer, Mike is responsible for delivering an engaging, proactive relationship with our clients that embodies true partnership. Whether it’s our client’s first day with ABC Fitness Solutions or they are several years into our relationship, his passion is ensuring we deeply understand our clients’ business, their growth strategies, and provide them with every available tool needed to succeed. His teams consist of highly skilled professionals who are business leaders, industry experts, specialize in ABC Fitness’ software, and share the overall vision of ensuring our clients become and remain Raving Fans!

Mike brings several years of executive management experience in the fitness industry, as well as working with many Fortune 500 companies, specifically in areas of client support and customer relations. He has held numerous leadership roles in both private and public sectors.

Mike’s collegiate studies include Computer Science at MTI School of Business & Technology, as well as Business Administration at California State University Sacramento.

Branden brings over 20 years of software business operations experience and best practices to ABC. Serving as Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations, his responsibility to ensure effective strategy, detailed plans and efficient execution spans across the entire customer engagement life cycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success and Retention. Prior to ABC, Branden served in similar senior leadership roles for a variety SaaS software companies including Blackboard, Brandwatch, Progress Software and Novell. In addition, he founded Chyme, a workplace productivity software platform that improves employee performance and engagement by focusing on the manager-employee relationship and their unique communication preferences.

Branden’s collective experience optimizes global business operations, go-to-market planning and analysis, CRM & Process Management, as well as profit/loss and financial performance management. He is passionate about establishing management information systems that increase visibility and are built to scale and grow organizations.

In Branden’s free time, you can find him spending time with his family, catching up on sports or playing piano and guitar with friends.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Professional Services, Lester leads the development, growth, and implementation of our various product lines.  His focus is on empowering clients to deliver on their strategic goals through optimization of technology and process.

Lester brings over 15 years of experience in technology operations and product management to the team having held roles in Professional Services, Product Management, Business Development, and Project Management.  Prior to joining ABC, he served as VP of Orthopedics for Nextech, a complete healthcare technology solution for specialty providers.

Lester earned a BS Finance and Management from Montclair State University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing Management from Rutgers. In addition, he is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).

Jennifer Mitchell serves as VP of Finance for ABC Fitness Solutions.  Jennifer previously served as Senior Director of Finance at Active Network, a SaaS products division owned by Global Payments.  She also spent 16 years at Cardinal Health in a variety of Finance leadership positions spanning Corporate Treasury, Consumable Medical Products, and Global Sourcing and Supply Chain.  Throughout her roles, she led all aspects of financial stewardship and directed various strategic initiatives, M&A transactions, and talent development projects.

Jennifer’s collective experience spans corporate finance, strategic long-range planning, mergers & acquisitions, and process development.  She is passionate about developing teams, mentoring and coaching, and promoting the inclusion of women in financial leadership positions.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.  In her free time you can catch her traveling the world, trying new recipes, or at the barre studio.

As VP of Infrastructure, Oleg is responsible for external facing infrastructure making sure we have reliable, scalable and modern infrastructure supporting our product lines. Prior to joining ABC he was the head of the IT operation for Dynata, a $650m Data Collections company based in Plano and Head of Operations for a DataCenter cooling manufacturer based in Coppell, TX.  He was a key leader responsible for helping architect, transform and grow Dynata’s infrastructure to be able to support millions of panelists, hundreds of revenue generating websites spanning 42+ countries with over 5500 employees globally.

Oleg is married and has 3 boys under the age of 6 who keep him on his toes.   For fun he likes to play volleyball, fish and spend time with his family.

Prior to ABC, Sharad was the Co-Founder and CEO of Trainerize—the company known for digitizing the fitness club experience—and the driving force behind their mission to “make fitness accessible”. Sharad is helping fitness businesses leverage technology to stay relevant in the digital fitness age and engage their members in new ways using mobile and wearable devices.

Sharad’s combined passion for customer experience and digital fitness fuel his commitment to help fitness businesses engage and empower their members through technology and wearables.

As the Vice President of Technology Programs, Amber is responsible for the successful planning and delivery of all product development and technology initiatives. Amber brings many years of Fortune 500 experience as, prior to joining ABC Fitness Solutions, she was the head of Technology Strategy and Governance for the Financial Services division of Capital One and the leader of the Enterprise Program Management Office for Southwest Airlines. Amber is recognized as a dynamic leader with a unique blend of business and technology experience and is passionate about people leadership, organizational clarity, and flawless execution.

Amber earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Capital Management, from Bellevue University.

As the Senior Vice President and Chief Architect of Product Development, Suresh is responsible for nurturing a high performant global engineering team to help build and modernize scalable products realizing an exceptional club and member experience. Prior to ABC, Suresh has guided multiple digital transformations and engineered platforms, products and customer centric solutions at industry leaders such as Brierley (Loyalty), Dell/EMC (Infrastructure) and Sabre (Travel). Suresh has a proven track record in enabling an empathy-based culture code via servant leadership and achieving engineering excellence.

Suresh holds a M.S in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Tech University and is certified in leadership programs from Southern Methodist University and the University of Darden.

As General Counsel, Brian is responsible for all legal matters for ABC.  Brian brings nearly ten years of experience as the head of the legal departments in various industries including medical information, life and health insurance, private investigations, clinical trials, healthcare, and franchising. His broad range of experience includes an in depth focus on mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, compliance, and contract negotiations, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and creative solutions to his clients and business partners. Prior to joining ABC, Brian served as the General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Legal Officer of Examination Management Services, Inc.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, and his Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.

As the Vice President of Product Management, Jeremy is responsible for the subscription and billing platform and ABC’s global payments strategy. A global payments expert, Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in Fintech product management driving global product organizations, payments strategies and innovation programs.

Prior to joining ABC, Jeremy led global payments product management at Digital River where he maximized authorization rates and billing optimization for the $3b annual volume ecommerce provider. Before his time with Digital River, Jeremy also held global product leadership and payments strategy positions at eMoney Advisor, Fiserv, Verifi, and Dell. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.

Jeremy earned his BA from Rutgers University, Masters from Philadelphia University, and is Pragmatic Level VI and Product Owner certified.

As the Vice President of Product Marketing Laurenn is responsible for ABC’s go-to-market and overall product communication strategies. She works closely with sales and product management and plays a key role in defining and expressing the ABC brand voice.

Prior to joining ABC Laurenn held leadership roles at Echelon Fitness Multimedia and MINDBODY, and served as Vice President of Marketing for two multi-location fitness concepts. She is a dynamic leader with a diverse background in marketing, sales, and product development, and has worked exclusively in health, wellness and consumer technology for over a decade.

Laurenn holds Bachelor’s degrees in Media Studies and Spanish from Penn State University, and was a member of the Women’s Gymnastics Team.

Tom Palfreyman brings over 25 years of product management experience to ABC Fitness. He is passionate about creating and delivering innovative products to customers who love and need those solutions.

As Vice President of Product Management, Tom is responsible for ABC’s club management solutions. Tom joins ABC from Entertainment Partners, Inc. (EP), the leader in payroll services to the entertainment industry, where as Vice President of Product Management he led product and development teams who specialized in multiple accounting products. Under Tom’s leadership, the company successfully transitioned a recently acquired competitor into EP and established their flagship product as the industry leader. Tom established Agile discipline and process in the organization, and his teams launched multiple new-to-the-market products in the entertainment space. Tom participated in EP’s conversion from an ESOP to a private-equity-held entity.

Prior to EP, Tom served over a half million U.S. accountants for Intuit, makers of TurboTax and QuickBooks and a recognized leader in software development and innovation. While there, Tom managed many products, introducing integration software to the U.S. and Canadian markets, earning 2 patents for innovative software design, and winning the Scott Cook Innovation Award for designing and creating an online matching service for accountants.

Tom also served in product management in the banking industry where he oversaw marketing campaigns for Citigroup and U.S. Bank.

Tom holds a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University, and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
