Dina Brown

Dina Brown joined ABC in June 2008 as the Benefits Administrator. She has a combined 20 years’ experience in Human Resources. Dina was born and raised in Chicago, IL and moved to Arkansas in March 2008. She has been married to her husband, Wayne Carlson, since July 2007 and now lives in Conway, AR. Most of her family still lives in the Chicago land area, so she travels home often to see them. Dina has 2 kids – Melissa (28) and Joshua (25), with 3 grandchildren – Patrick, Stella and Vincent.

Dina has a cabin on the White River in Flippin, AR that she loves to visit when she can spare time away from work and give up time visiting family in Chicago. Her goal is to retire to that area someday. Dina’s favorite past times are gardening, bird watching and reading. It was a culture shock for her when she moved to Arkansas, but she has grown to love her second home. Dina looks forward to the future growth of ABC and what new adventures it will bring to the company and to her personally.
