But Capacity Management tracking and alerts are is just one part of the solution; we’ve also created one-step Check Out, using the same familiar capabilities and processes already available to you for Check In. Check Out provides new opportunities for your business even beyond Capacity Management – for example, now you will also know how long the average members stays in your facility.

Check Out data can be added to your existing Check In reports to give you visibility into your members’ average length of stay, club usage history and behavior.

Clear and direct communication with members is important too – you can empower your staff to answer club capacity related questions by pulling capacity data via API and displaying the current count in other systems.
