Simplified Cancellation Experience
The Simplified Cancellation Experience gives staff a clearer, more consistent flow for ending a member’s recurring membership, built to meet regulatory click to cancel requirements while still being simple to use. From a member’s profile, staff open the Membership tab, select Cancel Membership from the Actions menu, and choose the date the membership should end, with the system automatically expiring it once that date arrives. This is especially useful for studios that enforce a 30 or 60 day cancellation notice, removing the need to set manual reminders or track cancellation dates by hand. Staff are also prompted to choose whether to cancel the membership alone or the membership and its subscription together, so billing stops exactly when intended. The result is a dependable, repeatable cancellation process that protects the business while giving members a straightforward, transparent way to end their commitment.
