Bill Davis

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND BOARD MEMBER

Bill joined ABC Fitness as president in February 2019 and was subsequently promoted to President & CEO in July 2019. A seasoned technology leader, Bill held senior C-Suite positions for multiple leading technology organizations before joining ABC Fitness. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of Paycor, Inc., a payroll and human capital management solution provider, Chief Financial Officer of Blackboard, Inc., an education software company, and Chief Financial Officer of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, one of the world’s leading healthcare information technology providers.Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA from Northwestern University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).Bill serves on the IHRSA Board of Directors, on the Board of Trustees for the University of Cincinnati Foundation, as well as on the Board of Directors for The Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation. Previously, he was a Board member and Audit Committee Chairman for Catamaran Corporation leading up to its sales to United Health.

David Dye

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Prior to joining ABC Fitness, David served as Vice President of Finance at BMC Software, a global provider of IT management software solutions. During his tenure at BMC, he led all aspects of financial stewardship for a key business unit and directed various strategic initiatives and process improvement projects in support of that unit’s exceptional results.
David brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience to ABC including strategic planning, budgeting, mergers & acquisitions, contract structuring, and building world-class planning & analysis organizations. A servant leader, David is passionate about leveraging data and automation to create predictive analytics in support of improved decision-making.
At ABC, David will align our finance operations more tightly with our business leaders, accelerate the availability of information and ensure we have the right expertise and optics to deliver insightful analytics in support of our growth objectives.
David earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Christian University and his Masters of Business Administration from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.

Cristine Kao

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Cristine brings over 20 years of experience in the health sector, fueled by her passion to help companies and communities create healthier lives using Information Technology. She has held various positions in sales, operations, and marketing where she launched award-winning products, created global brands, and opened new and niche markets. Prior to joining ABC Fitness, Cristine served as the Vice President of Marketing at ACTIVE Network, a portfolio company of Global Payments Inc.
Cristine brings her knowledge of modern marketing that includes demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, and client success to ABC Fitness. Her focus at ABC will be creating compelling and inspirational market engagement and engaging content that will help ABC support the health and fitness club community through ongoing education and engagement.
Cristine has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Business with a Biochemistry option from the University of Waterloo. She is also an alumna of the Harvard Business School.

Rachana Jain

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Rachana brings over 25 years of strategic management experience to the Human Resources function, where she has led teams through organizational development and transformation. Rachana’s passion lies in ensuring organizational readiness in the constantly changing work landscape to accelerate growth and engagement.
Prior to joining ABC, Rachana served as the Global VP of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for Emtec, Inc. Over a six-year period, Rachana helped successfully execute a companywide cultural transformation initiative encompassing a complete organizational redesign that helped the company further focus on digitalization and innovation. Prior to Emtec, Rachana held multiple roles at Accenture within its global talent organization.At ABC, Rachana is leading the creation of a purpose-driven culture so that our team members can support our customers through technology and build a workplace where we curate the right nexus of health, fitness, wellness and work to make our contribution to the industry as impactful as we can.Rachana holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics.

Oliver Meyrick

CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

Oliver brings over 15 years of experience in growing and scaling high growth companies. As Chief Business Officer at ABC Fitness, he is responsible for IT & Infrastructure, Legal & Compliance & Security, as well as overseeing the successful integration of ABC Fitness’s recent acquisitions.
Prior to joining ABC, Oliver was Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Glofox, and during his time at Glofox held multiple responsibilities including Strategy, Corporate development, Finance, Operations and People.
Before Glofox he co-founded DemystData, an enterprise SaaS data platform, and scaled the company from seed to Series B over 5 years. In his early career, Oliver also worked in private equity, investing in mid-market companies in Asia and Latin America.
Oliver graduated from the University of Oxford in Biological Sciences and is a (lapsed!) CFA Charterholder.

Khal Rai

CHIEF PLATFORM GROWTH LEADER – IGNITE

Khal began his 25+ years career in technology as a software engineer at Structural Dynamics Research Corporation, and later moved on to GE, where he spent the next 15 years in increasingly demanding management roles including various Global, General Management, Product, and R&D Leadership positions. Khal has spent the last 10 years operating PE owned companies where he held, COO, President, and CEO positions.
Khal is a transformative leader with proven ability to innovate and execute business strategy while building lasting relationships with customers and creating a winning culture that attracts top talents.
Khal is a problem solver at heart. As the leader of the IGNITE Platform, he is passionate about developing and delivering practical IT solutions and services that make it easier for clients to focus on their businesses and take care of their members.
Khal has a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Sharad Mohan

CHIEF PLATFORM GROWTH LEADER – TRAINERIZE

Prior to ABC Fitness, Sharad was the CEO and Co-Founder of Trainerize, the brand that won the hearts and minds of Personal Trainers around the globe by digitizing the mobile fitness experience. Sharad is driven by a growth mindset and believes that success is a journey to be celebrated, not a destination to be reached. By leading with ‘why’ Sharad is committed to making sure that every single team member is deeply and personally connected to the company’s mission to “Bring Fitness Visions to Seamless Reality”.
As the platform leader, Sharad is helping fitness businesses of all sizes leverage mobile technology and communication automation to stay relevant in the digital fitness age and engage members in novel and effective ways.
Sharad is a computer science graduate from the University of British Columbia and pursues continued personal growth through his active participation as a YPO and EO member.

Paulo Akiau

CHIEF PLATFORM GROWTH LEADER – EVO

With 37+ years of experience in the Fitness Industry, Paulo has dedicated his career to motivating thousands of professionals in more than 40 countries to active lifestyle, people management and leadership. As an entrepreneur, he revolutionized the Brazilian and Latin American industry by founding Body Systems, a company that ultimately inspired EVO, the most complete fitness management platform that serves over 5,500 fitness clubs, gyms, studios, boxes, dance schools and sports centers.
Paulo is an enthusiast of humanized fitness technology and leads the EVO team under the united purpose of empowering and simplifying the management responsible for improving the lives of millions of people through exercise.

Conor O’Loughlin

CHIEF PLATFORM GROWTH LEADER – GLOFOX

Conor began his career as a professional rugby player for a 9-year period with Connacht where he developed a deep appreciation for fitness and technology. He subsequently spent 12 years building a web and app development business which provided tech services on a consultancy basis. Through this business Conor launched Glofox in 2016 using software to drive business success for fitness operators around the world.
Conor is an inspirational leader who leads his team with a values-led ethos; a strong moral compass and has the ability to bring tenacity to all elements of his leadership role.
As the leader of the Glofox Platform leader he is responsible for bringing the all-in-one solution designed for boutique studio and gym operators globally.
Conor has a BSc in Business Information Services from the University of Galway and an MBS in Masters Business Studies and Finance from UCD Dublin. Conor stays closely connected to his professional rugby background and is a former Executive Board Member for Ruby Players Ireland the current Chairperson of the professional rugby committee for Connacht Rugby.

Brian Vidrik

GENERAL COUNSEL

As General Counsel, Brian is responsible for all legal matters for ABC.  Brian brings nearly ten years of experience as the head of the legal departments in various industries including medical information, life and health insurance, private investigations, clinical trials, healthcare, and franchising. His broad range of experience includes an in depth focus on mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, compliance, and contract negotiations, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and creative solutions to his clients and business partners. Prior to joining ABC, Brian served as the General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Legal Officer of Examination Management Services, Inc.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, and his Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
