    We will require that new customers pay for our products and services in their local currencies where possible.

    On your invoice and email communications, you will see our new ABC Fitness Logo, with our different product logos underneath.

    Local Entities
    Depending on your location, you may begin to see one of our other local wholly owned affiliates listed on your invoice, as your updated provider of our services. This change will not impact your services or support experience; however, you may see taxes assessed on your invoices that weren’t previously included.   Please update your records with the new billing entity name and tax registration ID as listed on your invoice.

Self-Serve Portal

We are thrilled to announce the rollout of our brand-new invoice template and payment portal, designed to streamline your payment experience and provide greater convenience and flexibility.

We understand that managing invoices and payments can sometimes be a hassle, which is why we have partnered with Chargebee to bring you our new Self-Serve Portal. This portal lets you manage your invoices and payments with a simple, easy-to-use interface. I don’t believe they have ever had this ability so we may want to re-word this. We do have a payment portal with Salesforce billing.

    Stay informed about your account activity with access to detailed account statements. Keep track of your payments and invoices effortlessly.

Payment Portal
  • By localizing currency options, we aim to simplify the payment process, particularly for our international clientele. For instance, European customers will now be able to settle their invoices in Euro. Moreover, this change may reduce the financial burden on our customers, as they will no longer incur foreign exchange fees on their end. We are also ensuring local tax compliance in additional jurisdictions.

  • Effective July 1, 2024

  • Payment Information: For existing customers, you will NOT have to re-enter your payment information.

    • If you would like to update your payment information please contact your Billing representative
    • For customers on billing deduction, your deductions will continue to be processed on the invoice due date, and no action is required.
