Enhance your online join experience
Our online join feature is a branded, streamlined experience to start your relationship with new members.
You can feature multiple packages and membership add-ons like childcare, tanning, etc. to drive sales during the join process.
After entering in their demographic information, they will see details related to payments due at the time of sign-up, upcoming monthly membership dues, and any other fees like a yearly membership fee.
The segmented progression of our online join is more in line with what consumers are seeing on other sites, and it lets you see where someone might have stopped from joining.
Instead of losing out on a new join, an automated item can be triggered in Ignite Sales to send them a personalized message or alert your sales team with the membership lead.
Empower members to manage their own accounts
Give members the power to manage their own account in your club branded app, powered by Ignite Engagement, so you and your staff can use your expertise to enrich their fitness journey.
Members can keep their profiles and payment methods updated, add other payment methods for club or in-app purchases, and view their payment history.
Under membership details, they can see the terms of their agreement, the next draft amount and date, and download a copy of the agreement.
If a member is a part of an insurance-based wellness program, they can view and download their check-in history to submit to the program.
Members can also find contact information about your club or favorite their preferred club if you have multiple locations.
Expand your collection efforts
Best-in-class clubs get their delinquency rates below 5%. Ignite makes it easier for you to collect past dues as well as grow your recurring services revenue.
With an alternate billing option, members can ensure their account won’t go past due if their primary payment method is declined.
If a membership is past due, the member will see a notification on their check-in barcode and within their profile. Clicking on the notification will prompt them to make payment, and they can choose to make a full or partial payment.
In your club branded app, members can book classes and appointments and purchase session credits to fund them.
Maximize member engagement
Consumer preferences have shifted, with more emphasis on outdoor and at-home workouts rather than exercising at the gym. It’s important to embrace a digital strategy to meet your members where they want to work out.
Including Les Mills on-demand content in your club branded app creates a hybrid experience for members.
Trainers can enhance their programs by supplementing on-demand content when members aren’t able to make it into the club.
