Class Performance Report Enhancements
Six new performance metrics and three new filters have been added to the Class Performance Report, giving studios the data they need to make smarter scheduling decisions without digging through raw numbers.
Class Performance Report Enhancements
The Class Performance Report now includes six new metrics alongside the existing data:
- Average Attendance
- Attended %
- Occupancy %
- Utilisation %
- No Show %
Together, these give operators a more complete view of how each class performs relative to its capacity and booking history.
Three new filters have also been added:
- Class Program
- Day of Week
- Start Time
This makes it possible to compare like-for-like, such as all Monday morning classes across locations, rather than reviewing raw totals that mix different formats and schedules.
Occupancy and utilisation in a single view makes it straightforward to identify which time slots are underbooked, which programs consistently fill, and which classes may be candidates for rescheduling.
First Booking Workflow
Studios can now automatically follow up the moment a new member makes their very first booking, reaching them at peak intent before they ever walk in the door.
First Booking Workflow
The First Booking Workflow triggers an automated message the moment a member places their first booking ever with a location.
This timing matters because a member who has just committed to a class is in their highest-intent state. The workflow supports email, SMS, push notifications, and staff tasks, so studios can meet members on the channel they are most likely to respond to. A welcome message before the first visit sets expectations, reduces no-shows, and begins the relationship on a positive note.
For studios already using the First Attendance workflow, the two can be combined to build a complete onboarding journey: one message when the member books, a second when they check in. Both fire automatically without manual follow-up.
Available on request for customers on Boost and Elite plans.

No-Show and Late Cancel: Unlimited Memberships Only
Studios can now apply no-show and late cancel fees to unlimited membership holders only, removing the need for staff to manually waive fees for credit-based members who should not have been charged.
No-Show and Late Cancel: Unlimited Memberships Only
Before this update, no-show and late cancel policies applied to all members regardless of membership type. For studios intending to penalise only unlimited members, this created a recurring manual task: staff had to identify and waive fees for credit-based clients and credit pack holders charged in error.
A single checkbox in Attendance Policy now scopes the fee policy to unlimited memberships only. When enabled, credit-based memberships and credit packs are automatically excluded from no-show and late cancel charges.
This update also introduces a new report permission that controls who can access the no-show, late-cancel, and Pending Fees reports by role, so studios can extend visibility to Receptionists or Trainers as appropriate.

Late Cancellation Override via Class List
Admins can now override a late cancellation fee and return the credit directly from the class list, removing the manual steps that previously required a separate workaround outside the class view.
Late Cancellation Override via Class List
When a member cancels too close to class time and the studio decides to waive the penalty, staff previously had no way to act on that decision from the class list. The override had to be processed separately, adding extra steps and creating inconsistency.
Late Cancellation Override via Class List gives admins two paths to resolve a late cancel: act in the moment from the class list, or apply the override later through the Pending Fees report. Either way, the credit is returned and the fee is waived.
Importantly, overrides never appear in the Late Cancellations report, so only genuine penalties show in that view, keeping reporting clean and accurate.

Multi-Location: Push Updates to Deleted Classes and Memberships
Corporate admins can now push field updates to deleted class and membership records across any target location without restoring them first, removing up to 30-40 hours of manual work per rebrand.
Multi-Location: Push Updates to Deleted Classes and Memberships
Previously, when a franchise or multi-location operator pushed a terminology or field update from HQ, deleted classes and memberships at target locations were not updated. If those records were later restored, they surfaced old branding. The only workaround was to manually restore each record, apply the update, and delete it again, an approach that could take hours on large rebrands.
This update changes that behaviour. From the HQ Dashboard or via Desk, admins can select deleted entities when pushing a bulk update, and those records are updated in place without restoration. The toggle defaults to off, so existing behaviour is unchanged for operators who do not need it. For those who do, the result is a faster, safer rebrand process with no risk of deleted records resurfacing stale content.
Available for all enterprise customers.

Studio Visits on Class List
Staff can now see each member's studio-specific lifetime visit count directly on the class list, so milestone moments and at-risk members surface in the moment without opening a separate report.
Studio Visits on Class List
Studio Visits on Class List adds a visit count to the check-in view, showing each attending member’s total lifetime visits at that studio.
Staff no longer need to open a member profile or run a separate report to see how long someone has been coming. This creates two immediate opportunities: at visit 50 or 100, staff can recognise the milestone in real time and deliver a personalised congratulations while the member is in the room. For members with low visit counts who may be lapsing, the count is visible early enough for staff to prompt a conversation or flag them for follow-up outreach before they churn.

Membership Private Toggle Permissions
Studio Admins can now activate promotional memberships without waiting on HQ, removing a persistent dependency and giving locations faster, self-serve control over their own services.
Membership Private Toggle Permissions
Studio Admins can now toggle private memberships on and off directly from the Services page in their Dashboard, without requiring HQ to intervene for each activation.
When a Studio Admin navigates to Services and selects a private membership, the toggle is available under their own login. The rest of the Services page remains read-only, so the change is scoped precisely to membership visibility. Permission is managed at role level, meaning operators can choose which roles have access to the toggle.
To enable this for a location, staff raise a support request once and the permission is active from that point forward. This removes the recurring dependency on HQ that previously added friction every time a studio needed to run a promotion or surface a private membership for a specific audience.
