Member App: Roaming Location Search
Members on roaming memberships can now search for studios by city or name in the Member App, pin their favorite locations, and see which is set as their home studio.

Member App: Roaming Location Search replaces the old flat, scrollable list of studios with a real search field, so members on roaming memberships can find a location by typing its city or name instead of scrolling through every studio in the network. Members can also pin their go-to locations as favorites, giving them instant access on every visit without hunting through the full list again. A clear home studio indicator shows members which location is set as their default, cutting down on confusion and misrouted bookings when they’re visiting a different site. This is available to all members on roaming memberships.
Interactive Spot Booking
Members can now pick their exact seat, bike, or spot on an interactive studio map when booking a class, replacing manual seat assignment with self-serve spot selection.

Interactive Spot Booking lets members choose their exact spot in a class right on an interactive map of the studio layout, whether that’s a specific bike, reformer, or seat, instead of being assigned a spot by staff. This simplifies the booking flow for members, who can now see the real room layout and pick their preferred spot themselves. It also removes a recurring task from staff, who no longer need to manually sort seating before class, freeing them up to focus on delivering a great class experience. Because members can lock in a favorite spot, it also gives them one more reason to book early and show up consistently, since a preferred spot is only guaranteed by booking ahead. This feature is coming soon and will be available to all customers.
