Jennifer Pelton

Jennifer has been an employee at health club software provider, ABC Financial for six years and originally joined the ABC Family as a Customer Care Rep in our call center. During her rapid rise through the ranks, she has worked as a Customer Care Floor Lead/Supervisor, a helpdesk technician, and on our Client Implementation Team. She is currently leading our Client Implementation team as the department manager and her experience serves her well as a DataTrak Expert and Project Manager for various customer-facing projects.

When Jennifer isn’t holding down the fort at work, she enjoys spending time with Caleb her husband of 4 years and her two children Caleb and Jillian.
