Protecting You From Credit Card Fraud

Did you know that approximately 15 million people in the United States have their identities fraudulently used each year? And that more than 50% of identity theft victims had new credit cards opened in their name with losses totaling several million dollars?
To help reduce the risk of fraud occurring at ABC, we have designed a new, secure automated system that will eliminate the need, in most situations, for our call center agents to have access to credit card or banking information. When a member calls into one of our agents, they will simply transfer the member to our new automated system. The member will then be prompted to enter their billing information and make their payment while our agent waits on hold. If the member needs help, or has additional questions, they just press “0”, and our agent is there to assist them.
In addition to being simple, easy to use and secure, the new system takes the same amount of time as it does to have one of our call center agents update the information. In the very near future, we will be using this same system when club owners and employees call in to give us new billing information for members.
